Orange Mayday rally

Around 2 thousand people are expected to attend the Mayday rally in Orange this Sunday

 Protesting against state governments funding cuts unions are urging people to meet at cook park at 11am to join the only Mayday rally being held outside Sydney Wollongong or Newcastle

 One of the events organisers Joe Maric from the Central West Union Alliances says he is hoping the event will achieve better awareness on issues in the community on the funding cuts

Mr Maric says if the proposed funding cuts are followed through it will result in difficulties for all of orange including large job losses
