Renowned Lithgow squash player, 42-year-old David Palmer, has been inducted into NSW’s Commonwealth Games Hall of Fame with the description of being “Australia’s greatest ever male squash player”.
The induction highlights Palmers impressive achievements at six Commonwealth Games – the most recent being his gold medal at the Gold Coast.
This is the second round of inductions, with there currently only being a total of eight athletes in the NSW Commonwealth Games Hall of Fame.
