Suicide Prevention Australia and Anytime Fitness have joined forces to put on a 24hr treadmill challenge, with the hopes of raising awareness and money for the organisation.

Local GP, Rishard Albi told us about some signs and symptoms that you can look out for with friends and family to help everyone stay happy and healthy. Including extreme constant mood changes, loss of concentration, loss of interest in things they would normally be involved with and irregular eating patterns.

He also spoke about the benefits that exercise can have on mental health and how by doing just thirty minutes of exercise every day can help ease the symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Listen in tomorrow through our website 2MCExtra to hear the full broadcast and interview with our local Anytime Bathurst gym.
