Are powdered vegetables the future?

Just the other week we heard about broccoli coffee. And now it seems other powdered vegetables want to enter the superfood market.

Quentin Bland and his wife Lesley have established a production shed on their Kirkconnell property in central west New South Wales, where organic vegetables are grown, crushed, and then transformed into powder.

Previously selling broccoli, cauliflower and brussels sprouts to supermarkets, the couple now expect to turn as much as 90 per cent of their products into powder.

Would you be willing to give it a try?
